Why S.O.A.R. Coaching?

Women of color work twice as hard and, in many cases, with more education and training than their counterparts. They are expected to take on more responsibilities but are often overlooked or ignored for leadership and executive positions. Research shows women of color want to climb the corporate ladder; however, they are still struggling to make it into the elite group of management and leadership. To shatter these glass ceilings, women of color have to be very clear about who they are (skills, talents, and abilities), how they show up in the workplace (level of power and influence), how others perceive them (both peers and leaders) and how to be comfortable being authentic. S.O.A.R. Coaching believes that no matter how smart or how many degrees you have, people choose you because you bring something personal and unique to each person or organization you touch.

When a woman completes the S.O.A.R. Coaching program, she walks away with an understanding of herself as an individual and leader, as well as the ability to sharpen the skills needed to become an exceptional leader.
