In seven weeks, we go through the A.C.T.I.V.E. Framework
Authentic, Creation of Truth, Integrating, Vision, and Empowerment
Authentic
Who am I? In this module, we will explore your professional and personal goals, values, and priorities.
Creation
Becoming. The foundation of S.O.A.R coaching is your ability to choose your path. In this module, we will explore your dream senior leader or executive job.
Truth
What I know to be true. In this module, we will discuss how you believe you show up in the workplace and the perception of how your colleagues and leaders think you show up.
Integrating
Perception vs. Reality. In a survey with other executives, most believe that 36% of what it takes to be an executive is presence. In this module, we will explore your professional presence from the perspective of your colleagues, senior leaders and family members.
Vision
How do I move from where I am today to where I want to be? Now that we have identified your goals, values, dream job and professional presence, we will begin to develop a roadmap for how to move forward.
Empowerment
Developing your executive portfolio. In this module, we will develop an executive portfolio that displays your experience and also identifies a plan to work on gaps in experience.
